Patricia Wolf racist instructor at Kaplan University. This instructor is not only incompetent but she maliciously deducted points from an African American student because he would not allow students to slack off during a team presentation and when he spoke openly about it during the discussions in the class this instructor became angry and singled him out and deducted points to purposely harm him. She made erroneous comments saying that his team followed the wrong Rubrics even though they followed the Rubrics posted in the lesson plan. She also just deducted points from this African American Student even though he followed the Rubrics in his other assignments. In the CAP Assignment it asked the student what he had learned in the course and because the student had learned this same thing in Organizational behavior and the student stated that he hadn't learn anything. The instructor deducted points from his CAP. During a unit-assignment it asked to: "Describe any personal examples you may have with a leader, including your role as a leader who used or attempted to use Adaptive Leadership Theory in a global/international role for problem
resolution". When the student stated that there was no research information available on line that identified leaders that use this adaptive style he was deducted points. Again in this same assignment asked the student: "Based on what you have discovered this week, what specific actions can you take to implement this style into your current leadership approach? Be as specific as you can when selecting an action and include how you will be able to measure the effectiveness of this new approach.
You may also include information on whether the leader worked in a virtual or face-to-face situation". When this African American student said that he didn't have any personal experience he was deducted points. In that same unit- assignment the student was asked: "Based on what you have discovered this week, what specific actions can you take to implement this style into your current leadership approach? Be as specific as you can when selecting an action and include how you will be able to measure the effectiveness of this new approach". When the student answered that he would not implement this style in his leadership role he was deducted points. When the student asked the instructor to explain she would not respond. It is also abundantly clear that this instructor graded this African American student differently and more harshly than she grade other students in this same class. When examining the grading comments for this student and the grading comments for other students you can see that she was actually picking on this student. When this student appealed they wanted him to provide them with the emails that he sent to the instructor concerning the team project. He had to get those emails from another student. When he gave them the emails the instructor retaliated by deducting points from the CAP of the student that provided emails. There have been several other Africa American students that have had problems with this instructor. When I contacted the Provost and had a phone conference they supported the instructor even though they knew the instructor was grading me maliciously. Sherrene Rigby stated that the instructor did not have to read every email from the students. When I contacted Graham Holdings the owner of Kaplan University they had Justin O'Sullivan the Director of Student Relations contact me. When I spoke with the Justin he tried to intimidate me and he threatened to have me dismissed from the Kaplan on two occasions.
